How am I teaching?

It is very important that you use a computer to fill out the form (I don't want to see and recognize your handwriting and know your name), print it, and leave it in my mailbox in the math department office, JH-312, or in the college mailroom.

I am very interested in reading your honest and objective opinion about your experience in my class. This will help me to improve my teaching method in response to your critique, feel more confident about what I am doing right in your eyes, and serve you better as we go.
