We are pleased to announce our second CityChem Seminar of the spring 2011 semester.  This will be a little different than usual in that we will have two speakers presenting and the topics will be more pharmaceutical in nature from Watson Pharmaceuticals, Inc. We are pleased to announce our first CityChem Seminar of the spring 2011 semester.  This will be a little different than usual in that we will have two speakers presenting and the topics will be more biomedical in nature.   Our speakers are Dr. Dwain Morris-Irvin and Dr. Chris Wheeler, both from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.  They will be speaking on “Treating Neuro-Degenerative Diseases” and “Cancer Vaccines,” respectively.  Each talk will be approximately 20-25 minutes, with time for questions between and after.  The seminar is Thursday, April 14 at 3:30 in SCI 132.  Please see the attached flyer for more details.
