Portrait- 1 print due May 16 For this assignment,
you must go to a location where someone works or lives and photograph
them in an environment which says something about who they are.
You must use flash techniques learned in the earlier assignments,
such as a long exposure, fill-in flash with daylight, or a diffused
flash. You must be able to talk about what exactly you did with
the flash. Pick a subject with an interesting-looking working or living situation. Position your subject so that he/she is within this environment and not just standing awkwardly in front of it. Make it clear to your audience that this person lives or works in this place. Make it clear to your audience what they do there or who they are. Make this picture say more than a thousand words. Make it tell a story or two. Be creative. |
